Shades for Migraine is a program hosted by the Association of Migraine Disorders (AMD).

By participating in the Shades for Migraine photo contest and accepting any prizes or products awarded, participants must agree to all of the following:

This contest is open to individuals 18 or older. Employees of the Association of Migraine Disorders (AMD), their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest channels. Entries not submitted through the proper channels will not be included. Submissions will not be accepted after the deadline has passed. Winners will be selected by a panel of AMD judges.

By submitting a photo, you grant AMD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of your photo in any media now known or hereafter developed, for the purposes of promoting this contest and AMD's activities, without further compensation, notification, or permission. Content must be appropriate for all audiences. Inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, slanderous, or libelous entries will be disqualified. Photos must not contain material that promotes discrimination, violence, or illegal activities.

AMD will not be held liable for any damages or injuries suffered from the products or services received as prizes. Participants should consult with their healthcare provider before using any of the products or services. AMD is not responsible for the quality, performance, or effectiveness of products provided by product donors and does not endorse any of the products. Any issues or concerns regarding the products should be addressed directly with the respective companies. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. Some products are restricted and will only be available for shipping to the United States and Canada. If a product is unavailable or unable to be shipped to your country, AMD reserves the right to substitute it with a product of similar value if one is available.

The winners will be contacted the week of July 7, 2025, via the email address or Instagram profile provided during entry. If no response is received after five business days, a new winner will be selected, and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize. AMD is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or duties that may be required in countries outside the US as a result of shipping. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
